Refund policy

At Panpada, your satisfaction matters. If your purchase doesn't meet your 
expectations, we're here to help.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full 100% refund. 
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing or shipped and cannot 
be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories included

Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without 
original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

IMPORTANT: Do not ship items back without contacting us first.

- Step 1: Email support@panpada.com with your order number, reason for return, 
and photos of the item (required for damaged or incorrect items).

- Step 2: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return 
Authorization Number (RAN) and the correct return address.

- Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping 
service. Returns sent without a RAN or to the wrong address may not be 
processed.

Note: The return address depends on which warehouse fulfilled your order 
(US or international). Do not use the business correspondence address 
on our website as a return address.

Return Shipping Costs

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection: within 2 business days of receipt
- Refund notification: within 2 business days of inspection approval
- Refund to original payment method: 5–7 business days after approval 
  (timing may vary by bank or card issuer)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us at 
support@panpada.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement 
or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We replace items that arrive faulty or damaged. For preference-based 
exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Gift Returns

If an item was sent to you as a gift, we will issue store credit equal to 
the item's value upon receiving the return.
