Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. 
  • Once processed, your order is prepared and handed to our shipping partners 
    within 24–48 hours.
    Processing times may be extended during holidays or high-demand periods.

Where We Ship From

Panpada works with fulfillment partners in the United States and overseas 
warehouses (including Asia-Pacific). Depending on the product and stock 
availability, your order may ship from a US warehouse or an international 
fulfillment center.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: $5.99 per order (or local currency equivalent).
  • Free shipping promotions may apply on select products or during special events.
  • The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, YunExpress, 
and Yanwen depending on your location and the fulfillment source.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 
2–5 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch, 
especially for international shipments.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not 
      responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
  • We do not ship to multiple addresses within a single order.
  • Delivery to military bases (APO/FPO) or P.O. boxes may not be available 
      for all products.
  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at 
      support@panpada.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
